A big fat zero for me although I've been to Airedale and Malham years ago.

None for me, though we drove past the pub in Crickhowell in a tearing hurry earlier this year.

I've been to three of these: Bear Hotel, Crickhowell (in 1979); Cheshire Cheese, Hope; Talbot Arms, Settle.

The newspaper version of this article had ten different walks/pubs.

    Tors Inn, Belstone

    Cod & Lobster, Staithes
    Recruiting Sergeant, Horstead
    Old Dungeon Ghyll, Langdale
    Royal Oak, Fritham
    Tanronnen Inn, Beddgelert
    Ram Inn, Firle
House o' Hill, Bargrennan (photo needed)
    Plough, Wolvercote
    Fox House, Longshaw

...of which I've also done three: the ODG, the Cod & Lobster and the Fox House.

I'm pretty sure there's a 30mph speed limit, but I'm sure you will have observed it.

That's better! I've been to the Tanronnen in Beddgelert more than once and the Old Dungeon Ghyll in Langdale. I visited the Old Dungeon Ghyll in 1973 with two other reprobates. We were in there on a Sunday night and had enough combined money to buy a pint each and share one between three. We also scoffed most of the gratis tray of roast potatoes that came round. There were no beer token machines outside banks in those days and if there were credit cards we didn't have one between us. I'd love to go back there,

Of course! That's why I was in a hurry.

    Ram Inn, Firle for me.

Nice story! (Still no ATMs in Langdale, though.)
