I reckon it's only 4, 17, 21 & 22 I've never been to and apart from the Cross Keys, none in recent years. I haven't been to some of these for over 40 years.
Just been to the Lamb & Flag on my previously mentioned Covent Garden crawl over 40 years ago.

I was hoping this would be a big fat zero as it's an area I detest. I visited the JDW Ledger Building a few years ago now and it was before midday. I suspect their description is wrong as it is still a Lloyds on the 2017 directory.
