4 All in Manchester. Not Brewdog, all Real Ale pubs/bars.

Was the Sheffield picture of The Kelham Island Tavern or the Fat Cat

Yorkshire: http://www.yorkmix.com/food-drink/yo...-pubs-of-2016/ None of these, though we've been past http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/62318/ dozens of times. It looks a bit too posh, and anyway The Cover Bridge Inn is just up the road.

I've been in five of them, they're mostly foody especially the Blue Lion and Durham Ox, the Woolly Sheep is quite good, the Brown Cow is a slightly upmarket Taylors house (especially so for Bingley!). The winner was the Bull Inn which is foody but not quite a restaurant with beer, as a few old farmer types congregate in the bar.

I don't think they let you in the Blue Lion unless you're driving a late model Bemmer, Jag, Merc or of course a new shiny Chelsea Tractor , one day I'll pop in if the charms of the Cover Bridge Inn don't distract me .

I've been to a TT pub in Bingley when afternoon closing applied and they had two but I don't know if it was the Brown Cow or the other one. As for a lot of the others it's a simple case of "Where Dat?"

The Brown Cow is at the bottom of the hill next to the river, I think the other is The Ferrands Arms which didn't impress me.
