Fleece, Bretforton - but a very long time ago, with my grandparents, in the 1970s, before it was very badly damaged by fire.
Original Oak, Leeds - occasionally before a Leeds Rhinos game, but before they were called Rhinos, so early '90s when my daughters whould come to games with me and get lifted over the turnstiles
Old Horse, Leicester - visited and reviewed in 2017.
Mortal Man, Troutbeck - also with my grandparents but when I was too young to drink alcohol, possibly 1969; I was here in 2012 and took a photo but they were not open yet (Friday afternoon in December) so didn't get to have a beer - I'd better add it to my to-do list.
Lister Arms, Malham - been here many times when staying at the nearby youth hostel, or at the campsite up the road at Goredale Scar.
Horseshoe, Long Lane - called in here on a cycling tour to mop up some previously unphotographed pubs, and actually drank my beer in the garden.
Come On You Hatters!
The Pandora Inn but in the late 1970s, when we were packing up an Aunt's house. Very olde woldie, as I recall, but I think it has been badly fire-damaged in the intervening period.
The Chequers Inn We usually come here most Autumns, when sitting in the garden has even less appeal. Yep, the garden is characterful, but the inside more so.
Another appearance for The Lister Arms Hotel, yet to be visited.
"At that moment I would have given a kingdom, not for champagne or hock and soda, or hot coffee but for a glass of beer" Marquess Curzon of Kedlestone, Viceroy of India.
Six for me, although the Pump House and the Original Oak are dreadful pubs.
Lower Lode Inn
The Pumphouse
The Original Oak
The Rat Inn
The Tyne Bar
The Final Whistle
"...a huge beer garden (a former bowling green) that is inevitably full of students at the first sight of summer sunshine."
and this, showing the bowling club's records until 1970.
