Here we go again with Geograph Galore! Nothing in Sussex, Oxfordshire, North Bucks, Cambridgeshire, Hampshire, most of Berkshire, East Kent and East Essex is "close" to London

I'm not a fan of defining everything, but how do you define close, for example there are some places in Hampshire closer to Central London than some places in Surrey,though obviously they are the opposite extremes of those counties, but nonetheless in them.
