Quite possibly. I've only been to two: The Audley and The Victoria Arms, neither I'd put on a 'top pubs' list.

I was in BOX in Manchester a couple of weeks ago. It's a box. Sports bar with 2 shuffleboards, but no real ale.
It's not in the top 5 pubs on Deansgate nevermind Greater Manchester.
A pub is for life not just for Christmas
