Been keeping a close eye on this one. All being well it should be open by the end of the month. I ate in the old Prashad (Bradford), before they moved to Drighlington and have to say it's some of the best (vegetarian) Indian food I've ever eaten. No doubt since being championed by Gordon Ramsay and with The Sparrow association, their prices will have risen accordingly. Still, it will be great to have them in the centre of Leeds, with a decent pint to wash the comestibles down.
