Seems rather apt that I'm sitting in the Tally Ho Spoons at North Finchley Having a Had a Pint of Funnel Blower & 2 Pints of Okalls Aile Whilst reading this thread.

We are having a mini 'Spoons festival this week among the 5 local outlets. Each pub will be showcasing a local brewer...
Paper Moon, Dartford - Whitstable Brewery
Flying Boat, Darford - Big Tree Cider Company
Furze Wren, Bexleyheath - Shepherd Neame
Wrong 'Un, Bexleyheath - Westerham Brewery
New Cross Turnpike, Welling - Nelson
Tomorrow is the centrepiece - a Route 96 crawl (the 96 bus links all 5 pubs) where each pub will be putting on a meet the brewer session throughout the afternoon and evening. Thanks to our FA Cup Replay I can't do it but I'll be trying a few out a few ales and ciders in Dartford tonight before & after the Darts v Margate match.
It was a bit disappointing - they only had the Oyster Stout and Winkle Picker available. I assume they have others to put on as the week goes on but I won't get a chance to check for any more until tomorrow. They did have the Hopdaeman Incubus on again though (my BotW a couple of weeks ago) and Hogs Back Spring Ale that I had not sampled before.
