From my missing beers I found two on Sunday, the Red Poll had just gone and the Titanic Tomahawk was ‘available soon’. So I’m declaring my hand on 46 (plus the festival cider) and am going to get my life back. After getting to 49 last festival there’s something to be said for not reaching perfection, it gives one something to aim for next time

At some stage I’ll get my top and bottom 5 together and see how they compare to others.

I'll own up now - achieved a rubbish total of just eight. Mind you, this did include the Herold Black Chalice, Titanic Tomahawk and Morrell's Oxford Blue which were all pretty good I thought.

I ended up with 20 ales plus bonus festival cider. Not too bad.. only disappointment was missing out Budelse Capucjin. I tried to find it in Brum, Tamworth and Lichfield but no avail.
