    slightly????

anyhow here's my list, a lot sampled in Halifax where the pubs are definitely not up themselves, well apart from one I could name

    Ilkley - Olicana Pale
    Tiny Rebel - Hank
    Knaresborough - Zest
    Knaresborough - Blah Blah Hops
Cromarty Brewing Co - Red Rocker
    Coach House - Regency
    Moorhouses - Blonde Witch
    Thwaites - Lancaster Bomber
    Tiny Rebel - Loki
    Roosters - Buckeye
    Acorn - Barnsley Bitter
Stones - San Diego Session IPA
    Great Newsome - Frothingham Best
    Village - White Boar
    Summer Wine - Rouge
    Roosters - Jester
    Marble - Best
    Taylors - Golden Best
    Roosters - Yankee
    Abbeydale - Moonshine
The Junction - Keep Calm & Sup Up
    Titanic - Iron Curtain
    Fernandes - Centenial
    Greenfield - Dobcross
    Saltaire - South Island
    Empire - Golden Warrior
    Signature - Remedy
    Rudgate - Jorvic Blonde
    Grundys - 1914

a difficult choice but the Black IPA has it Tiny Rebel - Loki

An honourary mention for Wychwood Black Wych a very nice porter and Tring Tea Kettle Stout both from The Baum.

Oates OMT was in very good form in their brewery tap The Booth Wood Inn

Acorn 4 Monkeys was also in good nick in Puzzle Hall Inn

BOTW is going to go to Portobello American Pale Ale tried in The Baum. A very pleasant APA and very moreish.

Not bad for a London brewery!
A pub is for life not just for Christmas

    Dow Bridge - Praetorian Porter
    Newby Wyke - Kingston Topaz
    Hopping Mad - Brainstorm

A tough call with the Cained and Unable, Porter and Brainstorm all being very good. BOTW Julian Church - Cained & Unable brewed by Julian Church in Kettering this looks like a boring brown 4.2% beer but has a delightful bitterness and depth of flavour which are unexpected given its looks and strength.
A superb name for a beer. cheers john
