This is an interesting little 10 minute video that I'm sure will be of interest to many of us. I have been to the pub and met the guy featured - quite a character. Sadly he's not at the pub any more.

I'm loving this thread. Part of the appeal about pubs for me, is the pub sign. You can have a beautifully painted pub - all smart and pristine, but if the signage is bland and corporate it won't encourage me through the door. Just the opposite in fact.
