Beer festival at sea (As good as it gets)
The aptly named "beer Festival at Sea " was a one day event on the Azura cruise ship sailing between Antigua and Grand Turk.Although no cask the "new arrivals"in 500ml bottles were
Wight Gold from The Island Brewery
Hampshire Rose from Itchen Valley
Hobgoblin
Fullers Wild River and Chiswick Bitter
Plus an Alaskan Cider from the Swedish Cider Company
There was also the ever present (also 500ml) Pedigree,Tub Thumper and Old Speckled Hen all reasonably priced at £3 45p
It is not every day that you can relax in a Jacuzzi at 10am on Saturday morning in a comfortable 78degrees viewing 2 back to back live Barclays Premiership games on the giant TV screen overlooking the pool, and drinking Hobgoblin, waiter served from the Beer Festival
I have put a good word in for Rob to be a judge in next years event.

I'll stay on me own
That does sound good Wild Rover,
It must feel worlds away from your usuall hobby of trudging round the North West of England taking photo's of mainly closed or pretty dire looking pubs.

Yes it was Al and a very welcomed break, although I thought I had seen the last of John Smiths and Boddingtons for a couple of weeks.however I am now rejuvenated and ready for another chunk of Glasgow on Saturday with a visit to either Paisley or Kilmarnock.
A late start to February but will try to make up to continue with my 200 a month average
