Found new whetherspoons now on 403.

Just found 4 missed pubs from March so now on 407. I may have missed more potentially. Anyway 407 t present with 3 more at least being done tomorrow.

These are some impressive figures, there are only 365 days in a year...Are some of you manufacturing time?

Ime not sure what manufacturing time means,

If you do 1 pub a day that will be 365 in a year,i mainly do 21 pubs when on a crawl,no doubt other members do many more pubs than 1 a day,so it is quite easy to do well over the 365 pubs barrier without manufacturing time.

There is a guy on Scoopgen who rarely posts about beer but gets around loads of pubs.He is not on Pubs Galore which is a shame but last weekend he did his 1003 pub for this year.

I would have thought one a day is a a difficult total unless you are willing to travel around the country.Of course the more you do the further you have to cast your net. cheers john

Surely it depends on where you live? there are 6000+ pubs/bars in London and the suburbs!

Yes you are correct,i have done almost every pub in a 30 odd mile radius from where i live,there are the odd ones missing and a few new pubs that have opened that i have not done yet.

If you look at the new pubs done thread you will see where i have been this year.

Obviously London is the exception but I notice the big hitters on here tend to cover a fair distance when reviewing.

Picked up a few local pubs and a trip to Burnley puts me at 181 for the year.

Can't really see many more this year but I will try to get a couple more ...

5 new pubs around Shirley puts me on 186.

I will try to get to 190 before the end of the year !!

Ticked off a couple of new ones in Napton and managed a few more unreviewed by myself closer to home taking the total for 2014 to 167 and that's probably it for the year.Lots of scope in early 2015 up and down the Southern Oxford Canal,plenty of unreviewed pubs in the middle of nowhere.Just hope they have decent ale
