I am kind of surprised it isn't as Hoppy suggested the pub crawl forum. I am happy either way, but it would seem sensible it is put there.

    Let me know Hoppy.
Actually It should have moved to Pub Crawl forum.

    Do your thing, Conrad

    cheers

Will do it after this post, due to the success of the crawl forum I am beginning to realise I probably should be more proactive with moving threads, I'll see how it goes.

Ed, I think you should go with Arwkrite's bitter, it seems more appropriate than oldboots somehow

I have to say when I get my pension in whatever form it takes, I hope I am wise enough to expend it all in a JDW rather than being wheeled into some form of sheltered accommodation.

    .
I'm not that far from a pension myself, so I do practise my curmudeonliness and bloodymindedness quite often, it's not just the bitterness you have to perfect .

It's a shame "Bitter & Twisted" has been used by Harvistouns already.

I was going to the pub and drink away this dark cloud I woke up with but left it to late. Having to look after the grandkids for the afternoon ( computer games and Japanese cartoon shows ). That will teach me to answer the phone on a weekend. The kids are not to bad just worried who will get strangled , roasted and eaten if they upset Grandad. I find it keeps their wits about them if you can keep em guessing.
I would be honoured to have a beer named after me and would gladly sit for a pump clip portrait. This would leave customers in no doubt about what they were getting in the glass. Something well past its best, an extremely bitter taste with a sour vinegar like finish. A full head but probably don't smell to good.Colour? its to thick to see through.....Have a nice day.

Already used rd - by Allgates. Described on ratebeer as 'Pale gold with a small head. Aromas are apricot and lemon with spices. Flavours are bitter lemon with crisp, grassy hops. Very hoppy and very decent session brew.'
