Any one else having trouble uploading pictures?

I am trying to upload today's pics of the refurbed Woodpecker in Waterlooville

Seems the "upload picture" button not working for me, I use Opera, and has always worked pteviously

Is it me?

Ooops, yes it was, seems there was a pop under not a pop up to select the pic
