Garbled response to map point correction

Hi Dave/Conrad,

I got this response to a map correction I made today. There is no reason stated, though in fact I know it has been halted because it is a second generation correction (the original correction is clearly faulty). A minor detail, I know, but there used to be a helpful response with a link going back to the original map, but the present response has a link that goes to a dead-end. Hope this is easy enough to fix.

I've had this as well, although I'm not sure why mine was rejected. It was a first generation change, but then I moved it a fair way so that may be the reason. But as you said, it used to state the reason.
