Nottingham -foundry mild just shades it.

Ossett Maypole tried in the Jolly Nailer in Atherton.

I'd already had a couple of pretty ropey beers in the town before I called in here.

It's an Allgates pub so I really should have tried one of theirs, but Allgates and I don't really get on.

The Ossett was just what I needed a 4% light hoppy session beer that allowed me to "gird my loins" before visiting the Mountain Dew
which would serve me a half of barely drinkable shite. I didn't know this at the time, but suspected it may be so.
A pub is for life not just for Christmas
