Nothing really changed , still the usual suspects pub wise , the Bricklayers(Copthorne) has been refurbed by Joules and is well worth a visit .
    Coach and Horses have an Happy Hour 5 - 7 Mon-Friday , Salopian Oracle £1.99 a pint

Good week for me, regarding both quality and diversity. Tried this week:

    Shardlow - Cavendish Gold.
    Hawkshead - Red.
    Adnams - Lighthouse.
    Clarks - Ring A Ding.
    Old Bear - Estivator.
    Thornbridge - Kipling.
    Ossett - White Rabbit.
    Copper Dragon - Siver Myst.
    Milestone - Lions Pride.
    Ossett - Excelsior.
    Roosters - Astro.
    DBC - Spring Equinox.
    Downton - Quadhop.
    XT - 6.
    North Yorks - Hunny Bunny.
    Orkney - Dragonhead Stout.
    Great Newsome - Frothingham Best.
    1648 - Laughing Frog.

Some very good beers in there, but it came down to Kipling vs Astro, with barely a cigarette paper between them. Kipling was one of those beers I'd always wondered what all the fuss was about, but obviously I'd never tasted at its best. However, this weeks tasting at The Cricketers Arms, Horbury came as a revelation. Lovely stuff.

A late submission from me, as I forgot to add my nomination before going on holiday.

I'll pick up where A&H left off and go with Roosters Astro - another cracking beer from a brewery who rarely disappoint.
