    I forgot to mention it at the time, but a couple of weeks ago I was in the Bull's Head in Reigate when former Crystal Palace and England footballer John Salako walked in and sat at the table next to me. Apologies to BF, but I was too busy taking notes for my review to ask for an autograph!

    Great story however,not too bothered about autographs ! He was a real favourite down at Selhurst and was known to the supporters as Johnnie Salad after the announcer at Coventry City got his name wrong when he came on as a substitute.
