This Morning Advertiser link describes the Portman argument while this covers Brewdog's response, albeit with a disparity between Deuchars and Directors.

I tend to side with Brewdog on this, but if a complaint has been made by someone about their promotional material then I assume they have to take some sort of action. Will it have any effect? I neither know or care!
