New pub in Willenhall, well not new!

After another depressing morning checking the last few Willenhall Pubs.
Windmill, Burnt down.
George & Crown, a Chinese Buffet.
Bird in Hand, closed.
Poet Corner, open if you are brave enough.
Neachells open.
Long Acre, open.

Then I found one that was not listed and actually open
Royal Oak, New Street, Portobello. (Now in Wolverhampton but historically Willenhall.)

I have posted pics of most of them plus the Grapes, Bilston.
