I've only had about 10 of the JDW festival beers so far and the only one that has stood out was Harviestoun Wild Hop Gold.
It's not going to win though.
BOTW is Pictish Beaca (yes Oggy I managed to get some Pictish) tried in The Angel in Manchester.
A pub that is definitely back to where it was when it was The Beerhouse.
A pub is for life not just for Christmas
The Bulls Head have recently been putting on some beers from the two new Croydon breweries (Cronx and Clarence & Fredericks). The C&F Blonde was a tasty session ale but Cronx Fallout - an Autumn ale - gets the nod for BOTW.
