Lucky sod !! Another statistic London Lager drinkers 8.5M, Yorkshire Lager drinkers 15. OK I made that up but i may not be far wrong.
I've just joined Alcoholics Anonymous - I still drink, just under a different name.
Shropshire population 290,000 , 16 breweries , thats one brewery per 18125 head of population , not bad

London ,1 brewery per approx every 24 square miles
Don't really know what this means but Iv'e never run out of beer yet ,occasionally beer tokens though

Not one for statistics, but we're all a damn sight better off for breweries than we were 40 years ago:more breweries, more choice!.
