Default BBC Radio 4's The Food Programme on 'Wild Beer'.

Caught the tail end of this yesterday, although it's repeated again today at 15.30 and available on iPlayer. Basically, it explores the impact the craft beer movement has had on reviving old recipes and introducing new flavour combinations. Contributions from Pete Brown , Ron Pattinson and Garrett Oliver and featuring Meantime, Kernel and Thornbridge breweries. I found it an interesting 30 mins, although to the casual listener it must sound as though nobody brews any interesting beer apart from the craft movement.
