Grafton Mardi Gras, the most insipid flavourless beer I've had in ages. It has no taste at all apart from a slight sweetness that the barmaid described as apple. I don't get it myself, in fact the only thing I am getting is a thought of getting a different pint. Definitely doesn't live up to it's flamboyant pump clip.

Having a MILD at the Bottle & Glass now.
A brand new beer and a brand new brewery for me. Something called DCUK from the Dancing Duck Brewery . Just 4.3% but very hoppy in a Summer Lightning sort of way. It may even be good enough for me to miss the next train out of Euston.

Today I have been drinking Haka Ferocious Maori bitter from Butcombe Brewery. A punchy beer that is very in your face.

Beavertown -black betty 7.4 a stunningly good black ipa but it would fail the 3 pints test.
