Earlier in this thread someone mentioned there's an Arriva Trains Wales train from Shrewsbury to Wellington - I've just looked it up and there's one at 12:33 arriving in Wellington...

I thought we were approaching a consensus on 23rd June? At least, no one has said they can't do it. And the August date was looking a bit expensive for anyone who wanted to stay in a hotel either...
