Probably the same firkin as it was about a month ago.
Cask beer tends to be priced by the pint but £5 a third doesn't make it any cheaper.Had a lovely half of Elb- imperial stout 10.0 in the Hackney tap probably £5.50 a.pint.Mentioned to the manager...
I have had sensational pints of doombar,bass and even Sam Smiths so.it can happen.enjoy

Nice gesture.Only two London pubs and I walked past the Coffee house on Monday night.24 hrs too early.
Went in there on my 6oth birthday crawl.Guy said 2 of my crowd were too drunk to serve (they weren't they were just boisterous) so we got barred.We went in for the German beers.

Checked opening times with Google.Most open at 12.00.Queens inn 11.00 Hyde tavern 6.00.Alfies 6.00.Old vine seems to be a hotel so 11.00 and the Black dog shuts between 2.30 -5.00.

Breweries use a lot of electric/gas so they must be getting hammered with extra costs which I doubt they can pass on.Probably a lot more closures to come.
There are few breweries that I can't remember having drank them but found it hard to recall this one.My early records show I have had 10 beers from them but they must have been pretty average for me...
