I've updated post #85 with links and times based on leaving the Admiral of the Humber about 1pm and getting back nearer the station about 6-6.30pm. Any comments?

Posts 60 & 63 have an outline. Start would be the Admiral of the Humber (JDW) then a wander to the docks then up into the old town and back along to a finish at the Hop & Vine I would guess.
