No, Marble Mild on at The Baum at the moment.
Timmy Taylors Dark Mild on at The Pint Pot a couple of weeks ago.
We are of course in the enlightened North though!
On a not really connected note.
Someone has opened a microbar in the market hall in Crewe.
They've called it Crewe Dog
Well it amused me anyway. :p
In general I agree with you.
However, on the other side of the coin, the other Friday I called in one of my locals, The Flying Horse, Of the 5 tables in the room I was sitting in 4 were no-shows...

Two of their flagship pubs in Rochdale Alpine Gasthof and Star Inn are still both closed, the Alpine for several months now.
Rumour is that Humphrey :muppet: is trying to run the business down for...
We don't make £2 per pint profit, most pubs don't.
We'd have to charge £4+ per pint, which we don't. If we did the pub would be empty.
This is Rochdale not central Manchester, Leeds or...
This place http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/19963/ will be empty then.
Get up here quick then. If you take £1000 per week out of a pubs bottom line, then most aren't going to be viable.
If the appeal is unsuccessful The Baum may well shut in about 2 years.:moremad:
