They are my favourite brewery tried from that County and I would be amazed if they didn't use New World hops. One of my local pubs had their Brewers Reserve on recently and it was superb.
The current Spoons national list which is available in print lists hops used. I'm no expert on them as when I did a bit of brewing way back all you could get was Fuggles, Goldings, another I can't remember and lager hops.
Only two reckon they use the hallowed Citra hop, Kelham Island Pale Rider probably unsurprisingly but the other is Butcombe Brunel Atlantic IPA which has 7 hops in it. I'm hoping when or if I come across this I have time to give it a really good going over. This is one older brewery that seems to have upped its game lately.
Shurely an oxymoron??
