If you haven't got a phone you can download the QR code by other means and print it out, or get a friend or relation to assist if you haven't the wherewithal. In practical terms I expect they'll gauge the recalcitrance rate to be below the noise level. Hmmm. On vaccination you get this, with a printed label showing your name, D.o.B, your address, NHS number and doctors' surgery name on the front and on the back you have the type of vaccine used, batch number and dates.Quote:

The vaccination 'cards' (recording dates of your jabs) are not vaccination certificates. For that you need to go through the process on the NHS app (NOT NHS Covid19 AP) and get the details supported by QR code. If you have a couple of hours to spare you can ring 119 (in England) for a paper copy instead, but that only lasts a month, whereas the QR code in the app re-generates every time you log in. This post is from Spain, but we drove thru France to get here, so Amber+ going home...
