Help please with finding a pubs address

I went in a pub called the Sporting Falcon which was on the langley estate in Middleton,but i am unable to find the pubs address.

Most pubs on the langley estate were either on wood street or windermere road,there are two pubs on this site on windermere road,the Mallard and New Broom both have photos of bare land,i have looked on street view but have not yet matched up the sites of the two closed pubs to the Sporting Falcon.

I would be very gratefull of any help with this.

Would you believe there's a website called Manchester Estate Pubs? The Sporting Falcon was on Bowness Road. And this looks like the cleared site.

The pub has now been added to the site.

I should have thought about the Manchester Estate Pubs site,i was asked to help in the running of the site,i declined because of my lack of knowledge in computors or anything technical come to that.
