Name change or correction in Ormiston

I can't find anything to suggest that the Moffat Arms ever existed, in fact there's a parish history that makes no mention of it, but it seems likely that the modern pub called The Coalgate is either on the site of or once was the Moffat Arms (the parish history mentions Moffat House - could that have been the pub at one time?). Certainly, there would appear to be less work involved in changing the name than in deleting the Moffat Arms and creating a new entry for the Coalgate, but of course that's your call. :whistle:
