Tillingbourne: Dormouse 3.8%abv -
Dark amber, malty Bitter with a strange metallic back taste. Not really my taste, buts helps fund a Dormouse recovery project.

BOTW Salopian Whirligig. Pale, gently cirtussy and 4.0%. An ideal thirst quencher from a reliable brewer.

An easy winer, this week. The Dark Ratanic Mills (9%) was absolutely superb. Billed as an 'Imperial Smoked Mild', I found it complex and rich, with great balance for its strength. Plus, none of the harshness you get with some German rauchbiers. My beer of the year, so far. Tried in The Hop, Wakefield.
Robinsons - Trooper. Was sceptical seeing it sticky noted at £2/pint in Thornaby's Dubliners but went down well for three pints and some beer gardening.
