Well that turned into a bit of a week bearing in mind I didn't (unusually) go near a pub on Monday or Tuesday!
Hard to pin down a winner but I'll go with Wilde Child Clique Fiesta taken in the rather good Brunswick Inn which I'm yet to review but its going to get a 9/10.

Really enjoyed the dark beers in Burton,special mention to the recreation of Charrington's Oatmeal Stout but BOTW goes to Fownes King Korvak's Saga,a 5% porter in great nick in their tap,TheOlde Royal Oak.

I had the Charrington's IPA at The Harp the other day, the first time I've seen a [revived?] Charrington's beer since the '80s and it was very good indeed.Quote:
