Pictures awaiting approval

When adding new photographs, thumbnails used to be added in sequence on the left-hand side of the 'Upload Picture' page as each image was uploaded.
However, something has changed and now it it is just the first new photograph which is added as a thumbnail (although if you reload or come back to the pub's 'Upload Picture' page then all the relevant images do show up).
Not sure if something altered fairly recently as part of a site update or whether something has changed on my computer (but I don't recall anything likley to have caused this glitch at my end).
