Kent:
Goacher's -Fine Light Ale:3.7% abv. Earthy goodness.
Only With Love-Reboot:4.5%. Mainly because of the name.Murky tropical trifle.Spicy finish.
My BOTW-Goacher's-Fine Light Ale.
Quality this week mainly courtesy of the Seven Stars:
Oakham Bishops Farewell*
Holdens Golden Glow*
Timothy Taylor Dark Mild*
Brunswick ESP The Ghan*
All good and all deserving of BOTW most weeks. The Golden Glow was less sweet than I remember and surprisingly good but BOTW goes to Brunswick ESP The Ghan. Single hopped with Galaxy according to the pump clip, this is a 4.5% bitter, pale which flew down.
Croydon and London Bridge
Baron -- Glug IPA (can)
Oakham -- Inferno *
Oakham -- Green Devil IPA *
Southwark -- London Pale Ale
Marston's -- 61 Deep
Timothy Taylor -- Landlord
Purity -- Mad Goose
BOTW goes to (not for the first time) Oakham Green Devil IPA,freshly on and in superb form in The George.
Next week boating around Tamworth and Burton should produce some decent contenders.
Best week I've had in ages. Almost back to pre-lurgy times.
