Check out the websites of Flurets, CBRE, Sidney Philips, Christie & Co, Barry Crux, Westlake & Co, Charnock & Co, and Guy Simmonds Business Search. All are commercial estate agents who advertise pubs for sale/lease, the pubco sites usually only offer management or slavery opportunities.Quote:

Done Flurets, mainly up for sale but some leases but are a bit out of my price range. the pubcon sites like findmypub.com are mainly tied houes where they rip you off at 200 quid for a barrel of carling, but there are some free of ties on there from upwards of 10K/ year rent, but just depends if they can be bothered to make any effort replying to your emails or answering the phone to you (so long as you did not withhold your number, red oak taverns spings to mind)Quote:
