Timothy Taylor-Knowle Spring 4.2%abv.Mellowly zesty Golden Ale.A new beer for me from a Yorkshire favourite.

Some decent keg and a very enjoyable return to the Wenlock after mooring nearby which delivered BOTW in Kernel Export India Porter on handpump,a very complex ale, blackcurrent,,rich, strong yet bitter and drying, the mouthfeel and taste was still there even after downing another ale.

Are you aiming for day1 Mick, 14th?
BOTW I had something lovely in the splendid Guild Ale House in Preston on Monday, but failed to record it, so I'll have to go with Titanic Plum Porter Grand Reserve at my undoubted potm, Black Horse Hotel, Preston, and thanks to the PG crawl for highlighting such a must-do target.
Another visit to the Stars provided most of this week's choice:
Abbeydale Deception*
Byatts Amarillo IPA
Everards Mystic
Byatts Cosmic Jungle IPA
Salcombe Island Street Porter*
Oakham Bishops Farewell*
Enjoyed the Cosmic Jungle but BOTW was Salcombe Island Street Porter. Managed more than a half this time and it didn't disappoint. Very dangerous at 5.9% and I think it passed the three pint test.
