Opening/Closing pubs in What?ub

Does anyone know how to get someone to open or close or add new pubs in What?ub when the local branch is moribund, or at least don't have anyone who does What?ub stuff?

I know I could ask in Discourse but that requires reserves of emotional energy I seldom possess.

Morning Nick. I might know a couple of people that have links to my Camra branch that you (or I, on your behalf) could make enquiries with. One is a Regional Director, the other was on the NE I believe a few years back.
