i have had beers before with maple syrup but have failed to notice it in the beer.real maple syrup is expensive and is probably frugally added.good brewer though so it should be worth seeking out.the Bree liouise always has w= eton beers o.
I really enjoyed Conqueror and Kohinoor, so definitely worth a punt. I suspect I won't be darkening the doors of the Bree Louise, given its recent reviews. However, I'll probably pop into sister pub the Duchess of Cambridge, as it's close to where I'm staying, even though I've previously been underwhelmed by the place.
the w + eton beers are always on handpump in the Bree and are usually good its the stillage beer where the problems are.the Duchess has very few customers and the beer quality is very variable. enjoy anyway.
