Interesting idea, but I'm not sure how the CO2 will combine with the "cake", and not just waft away into the atmosphere.Good soil conditioner, though.

I'm no scientist, but I imagine the process takes place in a sealed environment until whatever combination between the "cake" and the CO2 has completed. I'd be more comfortable answering questions about cake, actually. What have you got?
