I think this one may well be the private bar of the Merchant Hotel although their websitedoesn't name it. There is a more traditional public bar associated with the hotel called The Cloth Ear. Will leave it up to you but I think The Cloth Ear would be the most appropriate name as it is a public bar and has it's own entrance from the street.
