Just in case it had slipped your mind, the Star Winter Beer Festival will be opening its doors next Wednesday evening. The set up will be same as usual for those who have visited before, and if you haven't you have missed one of the best pub festivals around. There will be 46 beers available in the marquee with an ever changing list on the 10 handpulls on the bar as well. Open from 5pm on Wednesday and Thursday and all day Friday, Saturday and Sunday it is a great place to find those rare beers, bump into old friends, and generally pass a few days of your life.
