Having visited the museum I can confirm that it is open, though you obviously need to be in the (pay) museum to sample it. Given the backstory, I think it would be of interest to add but it's up to you...

I am happy enough as long as you mention the pay element in the review, we can add some sort of warning under the address if needs be. If you are concerned about other members of the site best post it in Requests as this forum is less visible.
