Hi Spinko. Sometimes what qualifies for the site is a bit of a grey area. Basically, if you can visit premises for just a drink without food and not be charged admittance then it's probably OK. Chaophraya Bar Manchester is also a restaurant in the same chain, but they have a bar area and are happy for you to go in for a drink and lots of people do, including me.
