I have just submitted a new entry for the Hayling Billy (Hayling Island) which is NOT the same as the original Hayling Billy, closed a few years ago. It is a shop conversion about 100 yards from the original pub site, so should really be a new entry rather than a reopening, despite being the same road and postcode. I wonder if an admin will read this before trying to reopen the old one...?
