Now, if some of those referees and VAR operators had a few of these before the game, we might see some proper decisions. (Simple solution: just ban slow motion replays - if you can't see anything wrong with the decision at normal speed, the ref has probably got it right. The penalty that Aston Villa were awarded against Brighton was a bad decision at normal speed. I could see it with the aid of a bottle of 6.5% award-winning porter; how come the totally sober ref got it wrong?)
