Sorry about that. It looks like there was a glitch on the page and that was preventing the link either coming up in the queue for approval, or indeed being approved at all! I have resubmitted it and approved it myself. Thanks for the prompt.
maybe a glitch with these 2 had plenty other pubs actioned but these are still pending
