It's completely meaningless, though vaguely amusing. They're assuming 1M jabs a week but that's a figure simply plucked from the air.
But the claim is that we've vaccinated more than 500,000 people in the first two weeks, so it's reasonable to assume that if the number of vaccination centres can be doubled, possibly with the introduction of the Oxford University/AstraZeneca potion, which can actually be moved about, that in this case we could seemingly jab 1M people a month. Hopefully...
Feb for me. I take medication for an existing condition which suppresses my immune system.
This also means that I have to have the flu jab every year.
My old man had the vaccine last Saturday and I am pleased to report that he hasn't mutated yet. Neither is he under the control of the Government or Bill Gates !
Also the Earth isn't flat and America did send people to the moon.

Further to my last post, she received a text message on Christmas Eve from 'OUH*-NHS' with a link which took her to an online form where she entered some details. Within a minute she received a second message confirming location, date and time (29th December), so can't fault the speed of the thing. Understandably, she's a little apprehensive about going through with it, as well as getting it sooner than others in more need...

And the medicinal reason here is???;)
So the OUS is what was once the JR?
My mum reported a slight reddening around the area where the scratch was administered, which was quite itchy for around three days, since cleared up. Otherwise nothing.
Exactly. And more importantly, it means that when the pubs do reopen, he can be confident of not bringing the plague back to her.;)
Not sure. All I know is that OUH = Oxford University Hospitals; I'm taking her to the Churchill in Headington for the jab.
Thank you Will :)
Given a vaccination rate of 1,000,000 a week and an uptake of 70.6%, you should expect to receive your two doses of vaccine and be fully protected by between 17/01/2022 and 30/06/2022
